Mariah Smart
Mariah Smart is a voice over artist from North Dakota who developed a love for all things acting at a very young age. She has performed in school productions of And Then There Was One – A Spoof as Mimms (2018) and The Struggles as Seven (2016). She has since found her passion in voice over.Mariah has spent over 15 years learning and improving her skills as a performer. During her time in high school, she trained with her competitive speech coach to learn accents and enhance her emotional prosody. Using these techniques, she performed an excerpt from In My Hands: Memories of a Holocaust Survivor by Irene Gut Opdyke, effectively earning her second place in the Watford City North Dakota regional competition in 2018.Since beginning her voice over journey, Mariah has attended multiple online workshops with a focus in ADR/Dubbing and Walla. She is currently taking classes through The Voice Actor College as well as working with her coach to hone her skills as a voice over artist.Mariah looks forward to lending her voice to bring more projects to life in the near future!
